Four things Pace does well, and does quietly.
See what matters, skip the rest
One screen for today
Today shows the three habits that need you now, your focus sessions and nothing else. No streak shaming, no red badges.

25 minutes or 90, your call
Focus sessions that fit your day
Start a session from any habit, pick a length, and Pace silences the right notifications on iOS and Android.

Nudges, not nagging
Reminders that know when to stop
Pace reminds you once, at the time you chose, and goes quiet if you dismiss it. Snooze until tomorrow with one tap.

Trends, not totals
Stats you can read in ten seconds
A weekly view shows what you did, what slipped and one suggestion for next week. Export everything as CSV any time.

How it works
Three steps, then it fades into the background.
1
Add a few habits
Pick a time of day for each. Three is plenty to start; the free plan has room for exactly that.
2
Check in from Today
One screen shows what is due now. Done habits leave; missed ones simply move on. No streak to protect.
3
Read Sunday’s suggestion
Every week Pace writes one sentence about what slipped and one thing to try. Tap it to apply.
Focus sessions
Your phone goes quiet when you start a session.
Choose 15, 25, 50 or 90 minutes. Pace turns on Focus mode on iPhone and Do Not Disturb on Android, and turns them off when you are done. Sessions are linked to habits, so “Write 500 words” becomes a block you can see in your stats.
Works with iOS Focus filters and Android DND
Restores your previous mode afterwards
Lock-screen widget on both platforms

★★★★★
I have deleted six habit apps. Pace is the first one that did not make me feel bad for missing a Tuesday.

The focus timer turning on Do Not Disturb by itself is the feature I did not know I needed. Two hours of drawing, zero pings.

Weekly stats fit my schedule better than daily streaks ever did. One suggestion a week is exactly the right amount.

My partner and I share three habits in Pace. It replaced a whiteboard and two arguments a week.

Export to CSV, no account hoops, end-to-end encryption. Someone on this team actually read the privacy policy they wrote.

Free plan is honestly enough. I pay for Plus because I want the app to exist in five years.
