Short version: use Pace for yourself, pay for what you use, and we will keep the service running and your data yours.

The service

Pace is a habit and focus app for iPhone, Android and the web, provided by Pace Labs. The free plan includes three habits; paid plans add more and are billed through the App Store or Google Play.

Your account

You need to be 16 or older.
Keep your sign-in details safe; you are responsible for activity on your account.
One person per account, except Family plans, which cover up to six people.

Subscriptions and refunds

Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled. Cancel any time from Settings or the store; the plan stays active until the end of the paid period. Refunds follow the App Store and Google Play rules.

Acceptable use

Do not try to break the service, access other people’s data or resell access. Shared habits are for people you know.

Availability

We aim for 99.9% uptime and announce maintenance in the app. Your data is always available offline on your device.

Liability

Pace Labs provides the service as is. We are not liable for indirect damages; our total liability is limited to what you paid in the last twelve months. Mandatory consumer rights in your country are not affected.
